How do you pay your store employees?
I heard a few options and wanted to hear from you.
What works best for you?
Is it a flat salary? Salary with commission? Salary with a quarterly bonus? Monthly bonus? Is everyone getting it or the manager only? Or perhaps full-time employees only?
We all know that money motivates us to do more. How can we do it in a healthy way and in a way that is right for our finances as well as our team?
