A. Wanted to be my own boss
Q. What is the most important tip you can give someone who is about to open a store?
A. Be ready to work hard at first. Don’t go into debt to keep a venture going. Do NOT mortgage your home. Hire like-minded people to work for you. Get a good accountant. Write policies and procedures. Have fun!
