I’m not a morning person.
Mornings are always a bit grey and my first thoughts tend to revolve around life, death and dying.
My sister suggested to try and change that as part of my mindful practice.
So I started to add a small smile when I wake up.
A forced little smile that I noticed helped in changing my attitude towards the world and the new day.
It really works!
How simple to do and so effective.
