Kedziorek AW19 - Everyday art

Kedziorek is a Polish brand putting sincerity, comfort and an artful approach with an avant-garde touch to its garments. Minimalism, precise cut and high-quality materials are the main values of the brand founded by Joanna Kedziorek in 2004. Joanna Kedziorek finds her inspiration in the urban landscape, in the contrast between rough and elevated, and in the daily hidden beauty. In the latest Autumn-Winter collection, Kedziorek brings its artistic inspirations to life. Graffiti takes centre stage in the collection, which brings everyday art to the front. Relentless yet delicate, pushing yet caring, Kedziorek's AW19 collection is a tour-de-force of avant-garde fashion gone casual. With its oversized tops, elegant lines and brave cuts, Kedziorek brings you a collection that will let...

Thought of the Week - Thank You

My Dear Retail Community, Four seasons ago my team and I gathered together some of our stores for an evening of connecting, fashion and wine in New York City. Four seasons passed and our Roni Rabl Community event has now become a tradition during New York Market Week. Every season we're meeting with you, the stores, to check out the new collections, learn about each other and from each other and of course, have fun. Two weeks ago, we ran our first Roni Rabl Community event in Los Angeles and what a fantastic event it turned out to be! We had a great mix of stores that came to visit us on the Gerry Building rooftop; to meet with us...

Thought of the Week - Change

Change is never actually bad.... We recently started feeling that everything was under control. Most of our designers shipped early and the shows ended well. We know what we are doing next season and where we are showing. Travel was smooth through the markets and we were so happy we got to see many of your faces. Then came the wave of change... We got an email from Susan, our favorite show owner of Atelier, that she is not moving forward with the show as she had some contract issues with the Double Tree Hotel. We will miss her and the show. (Don't panic now, we are working on a solution as a group). One of our designers messed up...

Thought of the week: The Roni Rabl 4th Bi-Annual Community event

Over 50 stores made it to the event, demonstrating the strength of OUR community. Apart from a great and fun catwalk, we also had a chance to meet Zeekit, a new technology which allows your customers to see how collections look on them. It's important for me to stress that I don't get any commission or benefits from Zeekit - my goal here is to help us, retailers, grow and strive and to present all that is out there for us to use. The discussion that followed the Zeekit presentation was very emotional and strong. It echoed the question - are we competing against each other and against our own existing online stores by using such technology? Zeekit The goal...

Thought of the week: Love

I come from a very cynical culture. We Israelis are very cautious regarding certain rituals and if we feel any type of fakeness, the world hears about it:) I am ready to let that trait go after living in the U.S. for 25 years. We don't celebrate Valentines day in Israel and we don't use the word "love" so much either. America taught me to say " I love you" without the heaviness of the meaning that Hebrew has to the word "Ahava" (love). I use the word love daily: "Love you" to my daughter when I leave the house, "love you" to my employees and reps, "Love ya" to the guy who makes my Iced coffee every morning. "Love...
