Roni Rabl: What’s your favorite color? Hagar Alembik: God Created all colors equal. I love them all, I don’t have a preference. In Fashion, as in Fashion, different colors are preferred in different seasons, in this season it’s one color, and in the next season - a different color. I love them all.

Roni Rabl: What was your vision and where did you take your inspiration for Spring 2016 collection? Hagar Alembik: I live in Tel Aviv, a white city with gray asphalt roads and urban structures. And I believe this is at the heart of my collection - urban-like, black, white, with shades of gray, spotted with clouds in different colors. Many textures are ones you can find in a city view such as layers and nets.

Roni Rabl: What are the top 3 trends for this coming Spring Summer season? Hagar Alembik: In this Collection I am offering 3 types of groups: The first is of urban colors and shapes. The next is of flowers - big and bold prints of real flowers, taking a real flower by color and shape and play it’s size to make it larger than life, as you would in art. Playing with proportions. The enlarged flower, in itself, became the design. Third group is of colors and shape and a-symmetry. Relationship between color and shape. The movement of color and shape. Broken circles and dramatic color. Like it or not - one cannot ignore it!
